http://indexicon.com/luxury-yacht-charter/super-yacht-charter/ Super yacht charter is increasing worldwide reflecting the growing popularity of using a opulent vessel as a vacation base. These vessels are targeted to meticulous individuals desiring incomparable levels of safety and comfort. Many also provide the ability to seamlessly mix pleasure with business. Yachts are used largely for pleasure and fun, either by their owners or by others via a chartering agreement. These agreements are effectively the marine equivalent of a land based property lease agreement. In the yacht market, they typically are a short term arrangement extending days or weeks, although longer periods are certainly possible. Mega and super yachts are labels used synonymously by many people. But chartering servic...

Borderline Waters 60' Documentary - HD Synopsis A new and different way of discovering the world behind the delta of the River Danube: a river that for hundreds of years has marked important boundaries in Europe until January 2007 when it ceased to act as "borderline.." between neighbouring countries, becoming a free and entirely European river. Two stories, two different ways of seeing the Delta: On the one hand, an old fisherman lives between nostalgia and memories, between past and present in a world that is slowly dissapearing, just like the water flowing from the delta into the black sea. The old man represents the story, the experience, the tradition, a living testimony of the population of fishermen: the Lipovens (a population of slavonic origins) who escaped from Russi...
Pensacola City Council backs off on hiring staff. In a four-hour meeting, the Pensacola City Council voted to hire former City Manager Al Coby not as its administrator, as recommended by Council President Andy Terhaar. Instead, it voted, 7-0, to hire him for six months to help them develop their staff. Councilman Larry Johnson was absent from the meeting. Councilman Charles Bare made the substitute motion and garnered support from the rest of the board. Terhaar defended his recommended, saying that it was City CFO Dick Barker who had told him that the IRS frowned on service agreements. Therefore, he created the council administrator position. In the end, Terhaar voted in favor of Bare’s motion. In November, city voters approved the charter amendment that gave the power to the council to hi...

We shot this video in 1994, in the GenCon exhibit hall, visiting our friends Randy and Steve at the Lance & Laser booth. For those who were not at GenCon '94, there was a charity 'Klingon Jail', where you could pay costumed Star Trek fans to 'arrest' your buddies for a variety of silly offenses. Randy and Steve spent some time behind bars, that's what they are talking about in the video. Behind the camera was Brian Roe, also present were Chris FitzPatrick and Allen Thomas. The owner of Lance & Laser, Eric Morrice, can briefly be seen on the right. We are currently uploading some more videos , stay tuned for more blasts from the past.

Turn on captions for English subtitles. Alan Wilson is a British historian specialising in the origins and ancient history of the British and the history of the ancient British kings including two real King Arthurs. Arthurian research: In 1976, after a chance meeting with historical researcher, Anthony Thomas 'Baram' Blackett, at the public library in Newcastle upon Tyne, the two men decided to put up many thousands of pounds of their own money to fund full-time research into the origins of King Arthur. The Arthurian stories, so popular today, came out of South-Eastern Wales into France, via the Normans, in the 12th century and this encouraged them to start their search in the same place. The search soon moved beyond Wales to include the English Midlands which had been dominated by the ...
There are 6 steps that I have found to be essential to pursuing inventory reduction. Actually, there are many more things that can be done – for instance, focusing on supplier agreements and the management of supplier performance – but for this bare bones presentation I will just focus on those steps necessary to get tangible reductions in inventory, which is a great start on the road to inventory optimization.
For most people, railroads in Alaska and the Yukon are synonymous with the Alaska Railroad and the White Pass and Yukon Railroad whose passenger cars provide tourists with vistas of awe-inspiring terrain. That same terrain provided enormous challenges for early settlers of both territories. Railroads were an integral part of overcoming those challenges. Dozens of other railroads also laid track in Alaska, the Yukon, and northwest British Columbia and provided the means to transport supplies to settlements and to transport the region’s raw materials to outside markets. Klondike Alaska charts the history of many of those railroads. ©KUAC 2005 DVD's of this program are available for purchase at www.kuac.org.
In the discussion leading up to the Pensacola City Council's vote to create an independent Council Office through a City Charter Amendment to be placed on the November ballot, Councilwoman Sherri Myers gave an impassioned speech indicating how the council has suffered under the tyranny of Mayor Ashton Hayward. "Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny." --- Thomas Jefferson
